If the information or assistance you require takes us time to research,
if we need to make phone calls, send letters, translate, investigate or negotiate for you,
we charge an hourly rate of 50 Euros (VAT exempt)*.
It is our policy to be completely open with cost and we keep you informed regularly of time spent.
