It would seem I have an appointment with the Surgeon for my hip replacement on Friday 10th August (a lot quicker than I thought!! or even wanted!! - fear is rearing its ugly head!!) Basically the fire happened when the vacationer that was there on Dec 30 had a fire going normally in the fireplace.
